The intersection of fashion and technology is definitely a frontier. Last week I talked about how novelty is extremely relevant in both the fashion and technology industries, but I think the term ‘novelty’ may not have strong enough connotations. That can be a starting point, but it’s certainly not the entire story. This week’s selections are pushing to reach new audiences and challenging people to think differently about entrenched habits. New? Yes. Novel? Only in the best of ways.
